Wonderful and mysterious (as usual). (K)
Thank you.
A very satisfying visual experience!
I’m glad the painting is speaking to you.
It has been wonderful to watch your development.
Die Farben gefallen mir sehr gut in deinem Bild.
Dankeschön.
I really like the sky. It just captures the world under it. Beautiful in every way.
Thank you. Often it the quiet part of a painting the emphasizes the rest.
This would make a great street art piece. You should give it a try. I’ll stop nagging,
maybe one day I will… until then I stick to acrylics and canvases.
Thanks for stopping by at my blog. You’re incredibly talented! This one reminds me of the bold colors and Himalayan paintings of Nicholas Roerich for some reason. Hope to see you around (virtually)
Thank you for your nice words. I have to admit that I had to google Nicholas Roerich, but there are really some similarities. Maybe I should further investigate his work.
To survey a volcano!
This would also have been a good title.
Yes
The boldness and contrast of the predominate colours is what I like most here. Great work!
Thanks for liking my post [http://wp.me/p268u8-Ti].
Thank you. The colours were not planned to be so bold, but the painting just developed in that way. Sometimes things happen.
Very thought provoking!
Thank you for your comment. I’m wondering which thoughts come into your mind. If you like, please let me know.
I don’t know, may be am wrong, but it looks to me like a suited guy pointing towards a natural disaster (volcano) and highlighting that its just another face of same caring nature(flowers and wildlife), while covertly defending the man-made pollution (similar to a factory outlet emitting smoke)..
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You have a really intersting point of view.
There is no wrong or right. Everyone interprets art with his own mind-set and his own experiences. If everyone sees the same thing an a piece of art it is boring.
